Welcome to Donnie’s Book Club! By accessing or purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Use of Our Services
By using this website, purchasing a product, or engaging with Donnie’s Book Club through any platform, you agree that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian. You agree to use our services lawfully and respectfully.
2. Products & Descriptions
We do our best to describe each item accurately, including any book genre, condition, or bonus items included in your package. Please remember that blind date packages are a mystery by nature — titles are not revealed in advance.
All items are sold as-is. Minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g., slight shelf wear) may occur and are not grounds for return unless otherwise specified.
3. Returns & Refunds
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are considered final.
Shipping issues (such as lost or damaged packages) will be investigated with the carrier.
Product concerns will be addressed directly between the customer and Donnie’s Book Club on a case-by-case basis.

4. Order Processing & Shipping
We aim to process and ship orders within the stated time frame on each listing. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays once a package has been accepted by the carrier.
5. Limitation of Liability
Donnie’s Book Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for your order.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our platforms (product photos, branding, logos, packaging designs, etc.) belongs to Donnie’s Book Club and may not be used or copied without written permission.
7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made indicates your acceptance of those changes.
